Never tried these before, have always used pads. They are attractive and not covered in plastic, which is noisy and probably unbearably hot in the summer. However, the size is a little "off." I wore one at bedtime for 5 hours. It fit ok when I put it on, but when I got up, it was hanging so low on my thighs that I had to pull it up to right under my bust! It was only damp, which was fortunate because it doesn't seem these will hold much liquid - too thin. I sat down, and the entire panty separated, leaving the bottom half on the floor when I stood up, and the top half still on my body. Thankfully, I was home alone. Now I'm stuck with a package of new panties, and out $12.

I've been trying to find the right incontinence product to help my dad,but the sizing isn't working out for us. He wears a 34/35 pant so he's on the large end of the S/M size and on the small end of the L size. The Large slips down during the day and has leg gaps that have caused him embarrassing accidents. The S/M felt too snug to him, but when I encouraged him to stick with them as they may stretch out after a little wear - he said he didn't know which ones were the S/M and which ones were the L when he went to his closet because they are the exact same color! How hard would it be to make each size a different color or lighter/darker shade of gray so at a glance you know what size you are getting? Perhaps that's not important once you hone in on the right size, but it's confusing when you have more than one person in a home needing them. Also, none of them have been sufficient for overnight, so he sleeps on a bed pad wearing a Depend and still leaks even though he also stuffs paper towels in them (more Kimberly Clark products) , which is embarrassing and uncomfortable and makes for a lot of extra laundry service. I know you've done a lot of research, and I know you can't make everyone happy, I'm just frustrated on behalf of my elderly dad who deserves dignity.

They’re comfortable, discreet, and do a great job with odor. These are great for small leaks. The fit is secure without feeling bulky, which makes me feel confident wearing them out. Not quite perfect, but definitely reliable when needed!

She says they fit perfectly and lasted for hours for him. He wears to prevent accidents when he goes out in public and you cannot tell he has them on with a variety of pants he wears. He says they dont keep the wetness on him but wicks it away from his skin which is a plus also. Overall they loved them its just they are on a limited budget and have to use off brand that insurance covers which are not the same quality as these.

It can be noticed that it turns liquid into gel, so it can be worried free. My uncle used it and he feels dry throughout the day and it doesn't cause irritation. It helps to control odors as well. The underwear is smooth and soft materials make you comfortable all day long. Unless you have a high volume of urine, it will be sagging because of the weight of the gel. It doesn't look too thick and when you wear plants on it, it's unnoticeable. This product is needed for bladder leak and handy from time to time especially when having the bladder infection. It's also available in many sizes.

It was such a relief knowing I had great protection from leaks and odor while enjoying my everyday activities. I wasn’t concerned about them holding up throughout the day.

My husband is disappointed with this product . When he is pulling them on his finger goes threw the sides . He has been using the products for a month now due to prostate cancer surgery at 54 years of age its difficult enough to go through and when the product doesn't work an options are mininal you just don't know where to turn .
