I used the size chart on the back of the package and chose the L/XL size. They did not even come up all the way on my dad. His waist is 50 inches and he weighs 242 pounds. These should have fit. Now I have find some online and wait 2 more days for delivery. Not Happy.

Product was great before, not anymore! Product falls apart! i am 250 lbs, now well sitting on toilet, I must take my diaper off because it is too tight on my ankles and I get cramps in my legs. Must change diaper 3-4 times a day. You have gone from the best product to I am looking at your competitors product. Not as absorbent as before.

They fit extremely well and I feel secure in doing activities I can't do without some form of incontinent pads/underwear. They don't bunch up and they do feel like underwear. I like that they come in different sizes and I am sure if I lose some weight I can go down a size. I also like that I can go places without worrying about leakage.
