I have used both thebmensv the men's and wemans. I founf the women's did well for at home. The men's works best for me when I am sitting down,expecially in the car where I have the tendency to slouch. i giving it 4 stars cuz of the stufstuffing gets all bunched up and moves to the back whenn i am at work.

My wife bought this product. After only few hours the filling of the core was lumped, moved and left half of the space unprotected. Luckily, there was no leaks at the time. She tried another piece from the same package - the same result in 2 hours. I have had to use disposable underwear for years now due to medical reasons and I used to love how comfortable these depend underwear are; however, the ones I recently bought continuously fall apart in the front as well as the back. The padding only stays in place for a few hours and then it starts to peel off of the product. It’s extremely frustrating! If I were to have an accident it would leak due to the padding trying to come off.

It was not bulky and I sampled it under tights and jeans. They are breathable. Not sure about absorbance, as I did not experience any bladder leakage during the trial of the underwear. I would recommend this to women with incontinence and/or bladder issues.
