These incontinent briefs are comfortable, discrete, and absorbent three very important facts that I find in both the flex-fit and real fit. Equally important they hold up under pressure meaning I am very active and the brief has to be good for my heavy incontinence level staying in place (not slide down) and does not fall apart. I am on my foot and moving almost non-stop and these briefs wear very well for that. I cannot change more than once during my day therefore I am in a wet brief for many hours and these briefs do not make me feel like I am wet it wicks the wetness away from my skin, and they do not sag in my crock even after hours of walking around in a wet one. Other brands I have tried the absorbency material fell apart and bunched up in the crock making the briefs extremely uncomfortable and quite noticeable that I was wear incontinent protection. I have experienced other brands sliding down on me making for embarrassing times. I am very happy with depends flex-fit and real fit they truly stand up to everything I put them through, and I do not have to stop from time to time to check my trousers for wet spots I can rely on these briefs can to soak through to me outer clothes. Side note I do appreciate that these briefs are made with a man’s body in mind and that they do look like regular men’s briefs for around the house.

First off he seems to be more comfortable in these. They’re stretchy and at the same time form to his fit. We haven’t experienced any leaks, so they’re absorbing really well. He likes these and and doesn’t complain about them or doesn’t mind wearing them.

It handles moderate to heavy incontinence well, though for extremely heavy leakage, you may need to change more frequently.

I use these for my mother. They come apart easily in the front and back from the tops of the seams of the padding. Especially when bed ridden. Because of maneuvering the individual. Makes a mess. The waistband comes up to high, under the breast area, which causes irritation.

I also like the wider wasteband and the deign on the front to insure proper placement. The material also has a good about of stretch to make it fit well. While not overly thick, the padding provides the protection needed to avoid accidents.

The stretchy part went up higher than the brand I’m used to and provided more coverage on the backside, which was great. During daytime use, these underwear were great and absorbent. However, at night I had issues on several nights with leakage occurring on the backside. Liquid seemed to run up the back on both occasions. If the absorbent part of the underwear extended further up the backside I don’t think there’d be a leakage issue. These are advertised as nighttime underwear, but I think they’re better for daytime use.
