This it's a great product! I use these along with the real fit underwear. I wear them at night and around the house. They will hold any accident that I may have. They do make a small amount of noise under your clothing so that it's why I use real fit at work and such. I have been really impressed by them and hope you all keep up the good work. No other company comes close to what you have to offer men with incontinence issues. Thanks!

The fit is great with no bunching and is undetectable under tight skirts or pants. If I have a leak no-one knows except me and it has great absorption so I can go about the day without worrying.

My husband states that they are comfortable, and he can't tell that they are even under his pants. I was impressed with the durability as I watched. He did not put them on carefully. He grabbed a pair and pulled them up hard. They did not rip! He's been non-stop with cleaning snow at work and home for 16 hours at a time, so he'll be bringing a few to work. They absorb 25% extra fluid so he can continue to work and stay dry. He said it's weird at first, but he was totally dry and did not feel wet He did use them when he had a G.I. tract infection. It really helped him sleep without the stress of making it to the bathroom in time. Fun fact, fighter pilots wear these too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These had a nice snug fit without being too tight but tight enough to prevent leakage. They had great absorption without any odors and no feeling wet. They stay up and were not bulky or puffy through clothing.

The large size has replaced the s/m size at Costco. The large size is a lot more comfortable and easier to pull up with better coverage but worn while in bed allows leaking. We have resorted to using small/medium at night and large while up and about.

Box came in discreet packaging which I liked. I tried on a pair. To my amazement they fit perfectly. It did seem at times to bunch up but they didn't make any noise and I didn't have any bladder issues the rest of the day. I'll will buy these again.

They also contour to your body and are not bulky at all. When I need bladder leakage products I'll certainly buy these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I opened the package of Depend Fit Flex Maximum Absorbancy, I immediately noticed a pleasing decorative imprint around the waistband and a softer feel. When I slipped them on, I noticed that it had the closest feel to regular underwear than any other disposable product I've tried. So far, I've also found them functional with no leaking and would recommend that others try these.
