They are also very bulky in the rear. I sometimes wear regular panties over them or a light weight girdle to flatten them down. I am having better luck with the Depend Silhouette Active Fit. That's all I will buy now. I keep my others to just sleep in at night.

I recently had carpal tunnel surgery. And tape on briefs would have been hard to do while in the splint. So i picked up a pack of the underwear and wow these absorb great. I still need a tape on diaper at night though. I do have help in the evening thank god.

Not as tight in the center as they used to be. Looks like Victoria Secrets lacey garments around the legs where the elastic bands are located. Very frilly. Not very masculine looking, even though it doesn't really matter since my wife and I are the only ones that see them.

He has hip surgery and was having trouble using the rest room since he was immobile and a urinal wasn't the easiest for him. These saved the day, they were super absorbent and controlled the odor associated with their use. They were unfortunately a little big in the size I received due to my father-in-law losing weight but they still worked. Definitely recommend!

My aging parents have been using them, and I wanted to share our experience. My father experiences occasional bladder leaks, and my mother is paralyzed and battling a rare, aggressive, and terminal cancer that has unfortunately resulted in both bladder and bowel incontinence. We've struggled to find a product that adequately addresses her complex needs, as women's versions and other brands have consistently fallen short. Initially, I was hesitant to have my mother try a product designed for men, but given the severity of her condition and the limitations of other options, we decided to give it a try. To our surprise, these Depend underwear performed better than any other product we've used for her. They seemed to hold significantly more volume, a crucial factor given her circumstances.
