Nobody can tell you're wearing it, my wife uses it instead of tampons and starts wearing it a couple days before her period because why not? They're comfy and they absorb her occasional feminine wetness that otherwise would cause discomfort (I think, it causes whining) when she wears panties instead. If you tend to have irritating wetness, bladder issues or menstruate this is something you can wear daily or as needed with no discomfort, it's your little secret (unless you tell all your friends who then copy you like my wife did).

I had never tried 'underwear' because I didn't want a feeling of feeling wet and soggy like a diaper. I was surprised after trying out this product that it 1) lives up to the description and 2) it didn't leave me feeling wet and soggy. I was actually really surprised. While i have used the product at night, I would like to try the regular wear for day time.

My father in law lives with us and he has incontinence issues. The diapers were extremely absorbent and really gave him a sense of dignity. It didn't feel like a diaper but rather like underwear. I highly recommend this for men who may feel a sense of embarrassment around the term "diaper".

YOU MUST NOT HAVE TRIED THESE UNIT ON MEN WITH INCONTINENCE OTHERWISE YOU WOULD NOT HAVE APPROVED THEIR USE. I HAVE USED THESE UNIT THRU 2005 AND WHEN YOU ANNOUNCED THAT YOU WERE MAKING A CHANGE IN 2006 I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT THAT MEANT. BUT WHEN I GOT THE FIRST PACKAGE WITHOUT ABSOBING MATERIAL I THOUGHT YOU HAD A MALFUNCTIONING MACHINE. AS YOU CAN SEE BY MY CONTINUED CALLS TO YOUR OFFICE THAT I WAS NOT PLEASED WITH THIS MALFUNCTION. BUT WHEN I FINALLY GOT YOUR SAMPLES AND REALIZED THAT YOU DELIBERATELY REMOVED THE ABSORBING MATERIAL - - I THOUGHT WHY, CERTAINLY NOT FOR ASTHETICALY REASONS. MUST BE TO SAVE MONEY IN THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS. I HAVE NOW BECOME A NON-USER OF YOUR PRODUCT BECAUSE OF THE MESS THEY CAUSE ME BECAUSE OF EXCESS URINE FLOW. AND YES I USED THE TWO SAMPLE PRODUCT YOU SENT ME AND I AM NOT PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS. PUBLIX, WALGREENS, CVS, HDIS ALL HAVE PRODUCTS THAT DO THE JOB.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fit seems pretty good overall with a few exceptions: The insert seems a bit excessive towards the rear and legs could be cut slightly larger. They do seem snug to keep excess urine from leaving underwear and give feeling of being very absorbent. The underwear can clearly live up to its name-DEPENDable.
