I like these because they fit better in the backside than others I've tried. They're soft and look good for what they are. They don't hold enough liquid so they have to be changed at least once if you have serious incontinence but they are still very nice underwear.

About three or four weeks ago you changed the quality of the product.They were fine until that time. I developed a rash and have been to three doctors: a urologist, generalist, and a dermatologist. The dermatologist told me the problem is the paper underwear, apparently you have made them less absorbent so men have to buy them more frequently.
