My only suggestion would be to increase its capacity; while it functions well with an insert, I believe additional space could eliminate the need for extra protection.

it is great for the day time, needs to be thicker for over night .make one just for nigh some older man drink coffee and water at night and fall asleep and things happen. think they need to make them for the night some people don t like to see the pad on the bed. shy

I like using them especially while travelling as I find it very easy to handle any blander related leaks. I like that it featured maximum absorbency, which gives me the confidence to go about my day without worrying about leaks and the embarrassment related to leaks. I would definitely recommend this underwear as it is designed well, gives adequate protection from leaks and very useful when travelling or staying out the whole day.

In terms of the durability, it is very stretchy and can accommodate an extra size or so. The absorbency and Odor control works really well too. However, the only bad thing about it was it looked like a diaper and felt like a diaper.

This product has saved me many times from an embarrassing situation. The underwear is comfortable, fits well, sizing is true-to-size, and is very absorbent. I can go out with confidence, and not have to worry quite so much about being able to find a bathroom in a hurry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not proud of the fact that I need to wear these because of the work conditions that I'm under, for 8-10 hours, 5-6 days a week, in a harsh & unforgiving environment. I don't 'NEED' to wear these all the time and everywhere I go, but as for Work!, that's a different story. With that being said, I'll gladly recommend these to anyone who needs a little bit extra "protection." I've tried other brands, store knock-offs, and other designs, but as for these?.....they're the best design, fit, and feel overall. Even the cost isn't horrible. It's not 'great', but 'not' horrible either. These have a nice stretchable waist to fit many body shapes, or if you're just not 'in' shape, but these will hug your body and flex with you. Trust me, I've tested this, willingly or not...lol. What's nice about this design compared to others is that the protective padding is more raised & focused on the front groin area, so leakage or a small run won't escape the coverage area. Even if it's #2, this has pretty good coverage & containment. These actually do have pretty good capabilities / quality of being able to absorb & hold in any bad smells or if things get...'Messy'. Again!...believe me!....I've tested this.....unfortunately :-(. Besides all that, these are pretty hidden and not bulky, or at least I don't think anyone notices. They feel pretty form fitting and I don't have to make any additional adjustments to my clothes to wear these, which makes me feel a little bit more 'normal' whenever I do need to wear these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not one to suffer from incontinence issues, so I wasn’t sure how the Depend Incontinence Underwear would apply to my life. Then I realized they would be a great option for when I’m trying to be efficient with my household chores and don’t have time for a bathroom break. I’m a dad of three, all of whom are under 5 so I usually only get one two hour window per week to accomplish what I need. It’s also hot and humid where we live, so I need to keep hydrated. With hydration comes the need to use the restroom. This however, takes away from my efficiency. While using Depend I’m able to stay hydrated and keep on the job by not needing to go inside for the restroom where you never know when your child will decide they need a snack or your significant other will ask you to grab something. The underwear fit great and didn’t give me that “diaper bottom” everyone tries to avoid. Highly recommend!
