They do control odor when soiled and hold up well even when tossing and turning. They do have quite a bit of absorbency but we still recommend a mattress pad as some nights we do still experience leaking.

Pads where not always long, these worked perfectly no matter what position she was in. The waist band is wide and stretchy, she said it was very comfortable. These never slipped out of place, or bunched up. She could wear them with pants or skirts without worry about how it looked. Unlike the ones given to her at the hospital, they do NOT look like giant diapers and do not have that plastic rustling sound when you walk. They gave her back her confidence.

I generally will not wear any light colored trousers....but with the underwear I wore a beige pair....felt great and had confidence I was well protected. The absorbency is strong and it keeps me dry during leakage periods. It’s super comfortable and durable! I also noticed that odor has been significantly less since wearing these underwear.
