I sleep right through until morning However I did add a Poise pad just in case. Being that this item was not generously cut, I somehow pulled too hard on the waistband in the back and it did rip away from the butt part of the seat. I wore it anyway. I am hoping that this depend product has more absorbancy than a reg. depend. I wear the reg. ones everyday and seem to always leak through. Very embarrassing to have a wet spot on my pants. I'll see how they do during the day tomorrow

They are true to size and fit perfect and had everything smelling clean and fresh. They felt and looked like under panties, and you couldn’t tell that you were wearing a depend underwear. I’m so happy because the other sanitary pads I have been using doesn’t absorb as much as Depend underwear. It fits well on my bumsy even I have a big tummy and it’s very absorbent even during heavy flows. Very soft and clings well on my skin.
