I would say though that this small is more Xtrasmall the small is quite snug so if you wear a size 6 or less the small size would work well. They are very well made and they are soft and not abrasive to skin. I could see these working for a lot of people if the sizes were inclusive. I will be purchasing but in a larger size: I didn’t smell any odor at all, I also didn’t have any leakage. Thanks Influenster

There was no leakage or discomfort when I was using it. It was also good on for control. I think this is great when I am on the road and also for travel when I need a reliable underwear. It is also pretty comfortable for everyday wear. I think it’s a good find!

These are the only incontinence underwear that my local stores sells. For years, all I ever heard of was Depends. I thought those were suppose to be the best. I bought these for my mother. She is incontinent during the night..They claim maximum absorbency..they are paper thin. I finally wised up and started researching other choices.. I have to get them online, like I said my local stores only carry these depends. I have found a couple other brands that are so much better, more absorbent. These may be OK if a person has slight problem with leakage, but they are definitely not for the elderly who are incontinent at nighttime.

The description and image on the package lead you to believe that these are like underwear but they are not. They are absorbent. Not comfortable. When wearing pants they will tear easily removing them and they show under pants and dresses.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While the moderate absorbency was enough for normal day wear, I still had to change my entire underwear, taking off my shoes and pants, just to put on a fresh pair. I'm an active young woman with two children and I have incontinence from a natural twin birth that Kegels hasn't fixed. On top of the inconvenience of changing, the waist was so high it showed above my pants and I felt like everyone noticed, which they shouldn't. The Fit Flex felt strange at first, but after a little adjusting, I was able to live with it. I was also a little embarrassed at the amount of waste one panty created. Certainly not able to discretely throw it away in the pad/tampon trash in public places.

Since we purchased multiple packs of these, I guess they fit and handled accidents with ease. Control the odor was...you know. But overall if you know know someone who needs this product, I can recommend.
