I usually have accidents at night and I'm so glad to have my Depend Women underwear. I have had to through away underwear due to my incontinence. Once I put on my depend underwear I feel secure and comfortable enough to go back to sleep without the fear of messing up my clothes or bed.

The Depend briefs let me sleep at night (with an underpad on the bed in case of overflow) and they let me go out and about during the day. The only thing about daytime use is the odour even before they are full, so if you are going out, take a replacement with you. Then you can enjoy your freedom.
