This product is visually appealing but the Real Fit is far superior to the FIT-Flex., which does not have the absorbency of the Real Fit.

I gave these underwears to my grandfather who is unable to walk to the bathroom. The underwear is stretchsble and provides protection from making a mess. It absorbs a lot of liquid and is comfortable than most brands.

This underwear are discreet and I felt confident that I would have a trip without the embarrassment of leakage. They are thin but absorbent which is great for the "sudden burst" that can happen while enjoying a laugh with coworkers or even sneezing. They fit good too. No noticable odor either.
