I can't speak to the absorbency because I didn't have a leak while wearing them. However the fit for me just wasn't right. The rise was just too low for my liking. These might be great for a younger person who wears lower cut jeans maybe, but I kept feeling like they needed to be pulled up. I don't always need the underwear type but I guess I'll stick with my current brand for the times I do wear them.

It is very comfortable to wear, I have bladder control issues and because I am on fluid medicine, have to go with some frequency and at times no control. Most other products do not come close to doing the job. With the fit-flex I was able to have confidence in public situations. I would and have recommend this product.

Only downside is they’re a little thick, so if you’re wearing tight or light-colored clothes, they might show through a bit. That being said, I only peed a bit in mine .Since we are in a heatwave, it's hard to speak to how "breatheable" they actually are.
