[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found this great for over night ,but even the small was a bit big and bulky. They did not fit under my compression tights I wear to race in . Perhaps you could make an extra small size ? I have a leaking fistula and ulcerative colitis ,plus leakage from bowel surgery . Most times I do not need heavy duty and on the boat I may get wet while paddling. Other family members swear by your products.

Asked husband to pick up package of Depends briefs while he was shopping at CVS. Just tossed the package in the bathroom closet without noting the size. The new ones are size XL, I wear size 18 jeans. These briefs are loosely comfortable, but the leg openings are huge, hope it isn't a problem. All in all, great product to help with over-active bladder.

I also like how they are minimal and don’t show as much as some other brands. They fit great in and provide good coverage. They are slip-ons, which works quite well for me but may not for others that have mobility issues. I definitely would recommend this product for someone who has incontinence issues.

He would take them off and hide them around the house, that is how much he HATED wearing the other brands. The ones were premium brands AND more expensive! But they were very thick and bulky and he was very uncomfortable. He felt like he was wearing a toddlers diaper. I ordered these and I am so relieved that I did! He LOVES them. He said they feel just like regular underwear to him. They're not bulky at all! The box says they HOLD UP TO 25 TIMES their weight and i believe that is true. I tested them out by measuring two full cups of water and pouring them in the briefs. I could detect NO LEAKING ANYWHERE! Not around the legs -not through the bottom -not in the back -not in the front. Nowhere! I think this is a great product and I'm sure we will be ordering them in the future. I would give this product 10 Stars if I could. As his caregiver it has made such a difference in my life too. We do not have the constant messes and clean up that we were experiencing before. I haven't had to do a single load of soiled laundry since he started wearing these a week and a half ago. He's no longer embarrassed when he has an accident. I just can't say enough good things about these briefs. For anyone feeling discouraged or doubtful, let me put your mind at ease. From where I'm standing, these are about the best things you can get your hands on.

After a while you forget you are wearing them. They aren't too bulky under my clothing and yes, they do keep you dry and there are no odors. I usually wear a size large in pants and the large in these depends fit perfectly. I felt very secure while wearing these and did not experience any leakage or odors with mild to moderate usage. They held up for entire day at work/ overnight.

The maximum helped keep both myself and my power chair dry. These help me to feel normal, the color and fit do not show under clothing plus my self esteem has been elevated!!!!
