Also I like how they are very absorbing and that they help keep you dry. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] first off the packaging is poorly designed, more to the point the labeling didn't provide a clearly marked opening . the size was wrong XXL was not the same as other brands I have used. they were also not very absorbent, the pad was very thin, there was zero odor control. except for being to small the fabric was comfortable. just not an XXL in size .

The design is modernized and closer to comfortable cotton underwear. These adult incontinence underwear for men are thin enough to not be detected while wearing pants in public which is essential. The absorbent layer has odor control and keeps you fresh until you can comfortably change to a new pair of underwear.

Extremely comfortable and provided great protection from my occasional leakage. They were also virtually unnoticeable under my jeans and Dockers. A great product in every way.

My Grandfather has been having some issues at night and dosent want to wear the traditional men's absorbent briefs. He said they are like diapers.
