The product does not cover my back side; I am a guy with a 52 waist. With every step it feels like I am about to lose the underwear-my pants stop them from falling On the other hand the underwear does absorb! No question about it! The design however needs to be modified so that the back goes over a nan’s hip for a comfortable fit.

Both said they were comfortable, but they did absorb too well. They had accidents and went straight through. It's like their paper thin. Never smelled any odor, but they did leak through, and there was no absorption to where they didn't leak. In honesty, they are not very good.

I'm 28 and I use a wheelchair, and I haven't had bladder problems until last year, anyway I came across Depend underwear for men and they are a life saver, the other day, I was in my wheelchair and I felt a sudden urge to go #1. Well i didn't make it to the bathroom in time and I wet my diaper instead, and I thought I was going to have a leak. Well one major wetting later, I realized that I didn't have any leaks and the diaper held the majority of my urin. Thanks Depend for making a really good product. My grandfather told me they were comfortable and he feels he can carry on with life while using these Depends. They also absorb very well when he’s unable to make it to the restroom fast enough and keeps him dry . I highly recommend these for great and comfortable protection .
