It is comfortable and held all small accidents while out with friends. I recently had to star wearing these since my trips to bathroom are too frequent now. These keep me very confident and havent leaked yet and i have worried about it but it really does great. I realized i needed them when I had my first accident when sleeping. It held a full morning’s bladder release, however, it couldn’t absorb the entire amount. It puddled up. These are perfect for light usage.

The difficult part is getting the legs to not bunch up in the crotch area. It can be easily done, you just have to be careful.

While I experience leakage when I sneeze really hard and sometimes lose bladder control while sleeping, I was reluctant to buy these because of the societal stigma. I am glad this opportunity arose because I love them. They fit well, don't feel bulky at all, and do their job well. It is a welcome surprise. I will definitely buy these for the problems I have with my bladder.

Because of health issues I have had to use diapers/pull-ups off n on for several year. I hated them. They would fit at waist but the important/main part would hang down, uncomfortable, could not do the job, very obvious n expensive. Now I have my mom whom has to have them. I found a better brand than I had used B4 but still not much better. I hesitated on these because we're cheaper n Pic seamed to show they wouldn't be as descreet. I got a chance to compare all of the brands and this was and is my choice after all......
