My client is an independent 80+ year old man. He dresses himself and frequently puts the underwear or backwards. It would be helpful to him if there was a stronger DARK visible cue on the back of the product. The light grey rectangles are not enough. As his caregiver I want him to feel good about himself for as long as possible; not having me tell him his shorts are on backwards would go a long way to that end.

I tried the men's style of pull ups, they didn't work for me. I tried the women's Fit-Flex, they work just fine. It depends on each man's preference of the direction he places his anatomy, either up or down. I don't care about color or flowers, I do care about the embarrassment of having a accident. I hope more men will also at least try them. Whatever works is the important thing.

The comfort level and easy to wear without trouble. It controls odor well as well but obviously one does need to change as quick as possible it won't completely be odor free. It absorbs decently well and unless someone doesn't wear it properly it will leak otherwise it shouldn't.

These are the nicest I have found (comfy), but for my body the XL are too large (at crotch - too wide and loose) and the L are too small (sit below belly button and roll down, but fit in the crotch). I realize that they can't fit all the different-shaped people perfectly.
