We tried a lot of different brands before, but this one is one of the best! It helps with the stress incontinence leak, smell and makes it easier to take care of an older person. It is size medium but it is really stretchable and can be worn by somebody who is a little bigger. Definitely will work for someone who wears a smaller size as well. Good value for the price.

I've had a lingering cough for the last two months from a cold I caught May and they've literally saved my sanity. Ever since perimenopause hit me, I have suffered from urge incontinence aka overactive bladder. Mostly at night, but not always. It'll just hit out of nowhere and sometimes, no matter how hard I try, I don't make it before leaking or full dam break. During the day at work or out somewhere, it's very embarrassing. I worry most about the smell, because you can't hide it. These are comfortable and you do not feel like you're wearing a diaper. In fact, I forget I'm wearing them entirely.... Unless a moment hits! But, I have back up and confidence again. No smell, no wet "I peed my pants" feel. And it's not obvious that you're wearing them to others from beneath your clothes. No need to bring a change of clothes to work anymore. I would recommend this product!
