My aging parents have been using them, and I wanted to share our experience. My father experiences occasional bladder leaks, and my mother is paralyzed and battling a rare, aggressive, and terminal cancer that has unfortunately resulted in both bladder and bowel incontinence. We've struggled to find a product that adequately addresses her complex needs, as women's versions and other brands have consistently fallen short. Initially, I was hesitant to have my mother try a product designed for men, but given the severity of her condition and the limitations of other options, we decided to give it a try. To our surprise, these Depend underwear performed better than any other product we've used for her. They seemed to hold significantly more volume, a crucial factor given her circumstances. I liked that I could wear leggings and not be able to see the underwear. You could not tell I was wearing them. These are great for light or heavy leakage. They save your clothes and upholstery you may be sitting on as well! They are not intended for full leakage but partial they work beautifully and still keep you dry in the process! They are light weight and stretchy and surprisingly comfortable as well! I would definitely recommend to have some when you know you’re gonna need them!
