It is not as bulky as most..I like the Fit-Flex and wear the moderate absorbancy as it's the least thickness I think available. I wear them as convenience as I broke my hip and I'm not able to wear regular underwear with a panty liner . I can have slight leakage if I sneeze or cough as I have allergies and both those things can happen.. However I do not like the fact that the inner thin liner over padding in crotch area is not securely attached and easily comes loose in the buttox area of the crotch): which unnecessarily necessitates putting a new one on before needed): which is a waste and expensive):

I do think the design could be left off to use less chemical ink though there are people that aIll appreciate the added beauty. Amazing absorption at 25x its weight. I do think they work excellent and stay up with good fit. As an active woman in my 40s, I do still have a good sized butt and the butt on these is a bit small for me so there could be some leakage there, plus it just feels weird as it creeps up both cheeks. Sizing of the product should have been good as I have the size small and a pant size of around a 2-4 on average. I’m 5’ 6” and around 117 pounds. I do think they work well with the odor neutralization which helps me feel more secure. Overall a great product.

Depend Fresh Protection underwear absorbs 25x its weight and offers DryShield for super absorbent material, neutralizes odors per package description. The fit is comfortable more body fitting and no bulkiness like others. With these underwear I believe they will live up to the claims on the packaging. Great item I recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will wear these only if I have no other choice. My problem is due to a colonlectomy. I do not need all of the bulk in the front of the underwear. They are also very bulky in the rear. I sometimes wear regular panties over them or a light weight girdle to flatten them down. I am having better luck with the Depend Silhouette Active Fit. That's all I will buy now. I keep my others to just sleep in at night.

I had been very sick and needed to be on bed rest and sometimes my aid wouldn't be able to be with me at all times at night in case I needed the restroom. These were perfect for that time.
