This product is visually appealing but the Real Fit is far superior to the FIT-Flex., which does not have the absorbency of the Real Fit.

I am active, fit, and do many things so I need products that can accommodate these needs. This product does all of the above. I can work, eat, sleep, exercise, do whatever and have no concerns for anything and that basically is the entire reason we use products such as these. My experience has been they are comfortable and I forget I'm wearing them! I know that's hard to believe but it's true. I can go through one a day easily and I do when I need to. I absolutely recommend this product for anyone who has a need for maximum absorbency in their daily lives.

THERE IS NO ABSORBING MATERIAL ON EITHER SIDE OF THE PAD AT THE MID SECTION. WHEN I HAVE AN ADEQUATE AMOUNT OF URINE FLOW IT COLLECTS IN THE MID SECTION AND SLOSHES AROUND. YOU MUST NOT HAVE TRIED THESE UNIT ON MEN WITH INCONTINENCE OTHERWISE YOU WOULD NOT HAVE APPROVED THEIR USE. I HAVE USED THESE UNIT THRU 2005 AND WHEN YOU ANNOUNCED THAT YOU WERE MAKING A CHANGE IN 2006 I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT THAT MEANT. BUT WHEN I GOT THE FIRST PACKAGE WITHOUT ABSOBING MATERIAL I THOUGHT YOU HAD A MALFUNCTIONING MACHINE. AS YOU CAN SEE BY MY CONTINUED CALLS TO YOUR OFFICE THAT I WAS NOT PLEASED WITH THIS MALFUNCTION. BUT WHEN I FINALLY GOT YOUR SAMPLES AND REALIZED THAT YOU DELIBERATELY REMOVED THE ABSORBING MATERIAL - - I THOUGHT WHY, CERTAINLY NOT FOR ASTHETICALY REASONS. MUST BE TO SAVE MONEY IN THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS. I HAVE NOW BECOME A NON-USER OF YOUR PRODUCT BECAUSE OF THE MESS THEY CAUSE ME BECAUSE OF EXCESS URINE FLOW. AND YES I USED THE TWO SAMPLE PRODUCT YOU SENT ME AND I AM NOT PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS. PUBLIX, WALGREENS, CVS, HDIS ALL HAVE PRODUCTS THAT DO THE JOB.

One of the things he likes about this product is that it’s not as bulky as some of the disposable underwear on the market. It offers great protection against leakage. He is able to wear it longer because it keeps the wetness away from his skin. I recommend this product. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review.

It fits like regular underwear, not bulky at all, and keeps everything dry — even overnight. Odor control works great, and you can wear them under clothes without it being obvious. Just a quick note: the fit runs a bit snug, so maybe size up if you’re in between. Overall, solid choice for comfort and confidence.
