I recommend using this product when prepping for a colonoscopy procedure and/or when you're going through a bout of having the "runs" and you just can not get to the bathroom fast enough. I was very rest broken because I always woke up in the middle of the night to dash to the bathroom; although the leaks are small, I was always damp enough to have to change my underwear before going back to bed. Well, when the package arrived in the mail, I put the sample on instead of underwear before going to bed. Well, I still had to get up to go but not in a mad rush because I was dry. If I had a leak, I could not tell. I did my business and went right back to bed without having to be awake long enough to change my underwear. I am resting much better...I will go one size lower and buy them in bulk.

These are very comfortable and I wore a few each night to test them. They hold up really well. I am very surprised. They fit like a regular pair of underwear and absorb great!
