My oldest uses these he/she needs them for night and sometimes during the day, and this is the size I always get so I do say they fit true to size! He/she says they are comfortable and easy to sleep with!

While growing age sometimes sneeze doesn't let us hold the pee. I use incontinence underwear while allergies get better. This product really helped me. No wetness or odor for few hours. Nice fit no itchiness and was very comfortable.

Extremely comfortable and provided great protection from my occasional leakage. They were also virtually unnoticeable under my jeans and Dockers. A great product in every way.

I am happy to report that these do not leak, are more discreet than other brand and have been a god send for these people. They fit right and are comfortable but most importantly do not leak! Picked up my usual economy box of Flex Fit. First thing I noticed was the black circle on the back is now a box. The color is terribly off so if exposed it looks like dirty underwear not the usual creamy color. Last but not least the inside now has a mesh like covering. It has caused a severe raw spot. Wish I had not gotten such a large box as I will be unable to use this product any longer. So sad, as I really felt comfortable and secure with the old ones.
