They are very discreet through my clothes. You can’t tell that I have it on. It’s not bulky. The absorbency last a long time, while I sleep or on a long busy day. I have no accidents overnight. The absorbency has dropped to the point where even a small release can soak through my pants. Instead of lasting most of the day, I now find myself changing them three times daily to avoid accidents. I've ruined clothing and stained chairs because they no longer provide the protection I expect. The biggest disappointment is that they still fit comfortably and look discreet under clothing. If they performed the way they used to, I'd still consider them an excellent product. Sadly, the appearance and fit can't make up for the loss in protection, and I can no longer depend on them.
