The size I feel is true to size fitting but I do feel like the waistband is just a little bit too noticeable in these. However overall these are pretty good and they get the job done

One additional discovery: Depends help control leakage, which I really didn't realize was an issue until I started using them. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently had some health issues and was given some medication that makes me have to go constantly. Because of these health issues, I have numerous doctor visits, therefore, I could not stay home I had to be out and about. I purchased a major store brand and was happy with it however when I was given the Depend Fit Flex Underwear to try and review. My gosh, the difference in the 2 brands was major. The store brand felt like paper, the elastic in the legs were thin and seemed to rub on my inner thigh, they were ok to wear if you have to wear this type of product but It did have the absorbancy I needed in case I did not find a restroom in time. The Depends was soft, the elastic did not rub and the absorbancy was great they felt more like underwear and were much more comfortable to wear. I have since bought a pack and I would recommend them to anyone.

I use to love and trust this product. Company has changed to product to similar to wearing a plastic bag from grocery store. In addition now the cotton globs, clumps, rolls up in balls, and starts falling out as you wear it. And I don't know what materials they have changed to with the switch from feeling like material to wearing plastic bags but I have sores breaking out on buttocks, severe itching all over anywhere the product is touching my body. VERY SEVERE ITCHING. There has to be bad chemicals or something. The packaging says great changes made to product including the cotton absorbency and the panty. What every they have done is a chemical nightmare and product failure. I am having to seek medical treatment. Don't buy the new improved panties that look and feel like plastic grocery store bags. We could use those and put towels in them duh!!!!

Each time he wore one, the inside cotton-like fabric fell out & all over the bathroom floor in crumbled up pieces. Unacceptable. I also have MS so this was beyond a very difficult situation & task to clean up.
