I use these for my mother. They come apart easily in the front and back from the tops of the seams of the padding. Especially when bed ridden. Because of maneuvering the individual. Makes a mess. The waistband comes up to high, under the breast area, which causes irritation.

However, as I sit throughout the day, the inside lining of the diaper keeps tearing near the end. They are very comfortable even when wet. I normally use tape on style diapers, but was very pleasantly surprised at the absorbancy and capacity of this product. If you have light to moderate incontinence these Depend Flex-Fit for men will work well. The one down side to using the pull-up style underwear is to change you need to remove shoes and pants.
