They do an excellent job of absorption, and since they are underwear, there is no risk of the pad getting dislodged or slipping. They are also true to size. I am usually a size 6–8 and the small size fit me perfectly. They are very comfortable and stretchy. The only drawback is that they are underwear, so therefore, are a pain to change. It is much easier to switch out a pad than to remove your pants and these underwear. Since my bladder leakage is not significant, I will stick to pads for now.

I picked the XL and they fit perfect and were so comfortable. The absorbency was perfect since I usually have some dribbles and not a continuous stream. I didn’t notice a smell either so the odor control must work great. I will buy these again for sure.

Also I noticed that it controls odor.it comes in a pretty pink with a pattern on it.very good fit so I definitely recommend it!
