I have used protective underwear for nine+ years as I'm totally incontinent after prostate surgery. The product prior to this new version served reasonably well, changing about every 4 hours. The new version needs to be changed every 2 hours due, I expect, to the narrower design. I'm now looking for a different product as the inconvenience and expense of this new product is no longer practical. Hope you will consider a redesign or a return to the original design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product performs well. It can absorb a large amount of liquid, with minimal to no leakage. The pad can move and bunch inside the the moisture shield, but will still absorb fluid without issue. The absorbancy isn't 100% and will leave the surface of the skin visibly moist. The product's "skin feel" is great, but wearing the product does produce a slight rustle sound when moving. The front fit is flat & tight, and not ergonomically suited for the male anatomy. The padding doesn't extend very high in the front, and goes back further, presumably to absorb moisture from laying/sitting; although when sitting, any fluid is not absorbed by the back end, and may pool or leak in the product, until repositiong allows the excess fluid to be absorbed by the back end. The side seams are pretty easy to tear for removal, but strong enough to not tear from normal movement. The waist fit is very accommodating, and has lots of give. The leg openings have enough give to accomodate large legs.

I gave her the samples I had ordered for me and she loved them. Better fit, more absorbancy and stronger than the ones the hospital used. She will be using them until she can go back to her regular panties and she has purchased the Depend pads also. You have made another happy customer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These were easy to put on. The fit well. When used on one of my clients, they seemed to hold well. He didn't complain about them hurting. Seemed to be able to move well. Couldn't really smell it. I felt like it masked the oder.

It is a very touchy subject and is embarrassing for him. After trying these, he's a whole new man. He said that they're very comfortable and he always feels dry. He especially likes the odor control and how great they fit. He was worried that everyone would know that he was wearing them, but they fit so well that you can't see them through his jeans. He's very impressed and happy with everything about them, which makes me very happy so I will definitely be buying more for him.

I have been wearing Depends now for 6 months They are so comfortable and are not bulky like other brands i don't have to look for a long shirt to cover myself up with when i am wearing jeans or summer pants i have been told by Dr I am going to have to wear some kinda garment for bladder leakage the rest of my life.i just wished they would send out coupons now and then as any brand of these are costly.

She has tried every type of incontinence underwear she has come across, and these are by far the best. They are easy to use, hold everything in, and controls odor fairly well. She is so thankful for these.

I always have a panty liner. They tend to scrunch up and not stay in place. These underwear are amazing. They are breathable as well. They caught any light leakage, with no problem.
