I was really grateful to have them on hand when the deep racking coughs caused me to wet myself, too. They are comfortable to wear. Even if you are not incontinent, keep some on hand for when you are sick.

Easy to slip on and don’t have to worry about pull tabs. Work great with for odor control and absorbency. Very durable and were changed every 6 hrs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sizing claim is ridiculous! These pants JUST fit me and are even snug in the hip and thigh area. I stretched out a pair to the max where they would be totally unwearable and measured them. If you are more full figured than I am, I can’t imagine you could even pull these on, and they leaked inside of the leg/groin area. They also stretch out. Not worth purchasing unless they fix the problems with the design IMO I was very disappointed.

I liked that I could wear leggings and not be able to see the underwear. You could not tell I was wearing them. These are great for light or heavy leakage. They absorb liquid like a sponge and I didn't feel wet.

These should be made with a lot thicker pading. My husband has no control over his bladder. So everything gets wet. Changing bedding everyday. They do not hold enough urine except for a couple of hours. If they made them absorb alot more they would be great.
