And I have never or will never wear a high cut any thing, I have been wearing disposables for many years and this dose not do the job for me, and I am a large woman but these were large on me also. Yes these are just like wearing underwear but they are for bladder leakage while you live day to day without being embarrassed by wetness on my clothes. They are so comfortable, it's like your not even wearing them & there is no odor in between changing them I went three hours before I had to change it. I guarantee these will make your life alot better.

They are more comfortable than plain panties and I was wishing that I had them when I gave birth. These would be great for new moms with tears and plain help for that time of our lives.
