You put it on and it’s comfortable in the front, but seems a little snug in the back (which may detract from a point I’m about to make). Now I wanted to test these because post-pregnancy bladder leakage is real - particularly while working out. I was curious how these would look under leggings. I was surprised that you can’t really tell! Lines are minimal if at all. It was pretty shocking. I cannot say for sure how much it holds, but its thickness seems adequate to hold a moderate amount.

I’ve never had any leakage but they do get filled. I’ve tried other brands but these are more comfortable, the others sometimes fit too high waisted or bulky and show in my clothes, but these have felt more seamless even with good absorbency. They make me feel a lot more carefree in a pinch.
