First off, the fit is excellent without being tight, and it contours well to the body without slipping or bunching, which adds to the overall comfort and security throughout the day. The material is soft and stretchy, making it feel more like real underwear than a typical incontinence product. It has no smell to them and I have worn one so far and it does not leak. They were comfortable and were breathable enough that I didn't sweat. I had some bladder leakage while driving and didn't feel any dampness afterwards.
