They feel like real underwear and are super discreet under clothes. Absorbency is solid, no leaks or odor issues for me. The underwear has elastic waist (with a subtle design on the front) and leg openings for a comfortable fit. The inner padding isn't overly thick to make you feel like you're wearing a diaper, but just thick enough to feel comfortable that you won't leak through. They absorb quickly and leave no trace of odor. I can feel confident going out in public knowing these underwear will protect me from leaks and odor.
