Not for sitting hours at a time. The materials tore and granules came out backside. Very hot. Will use item due to quantity already purchased. Top material adequate.

I am of the age I need to wear these. The one thing I would change if I could would be to cut the leg at a lower length. It is cut to high, like bikini underwear.

love overnight protection, but it could be a bit thicker. i had a stroke but still have to get up to visit the bathroom at night or on,a flight. so i have to use a smaller pad on the diaper

I like these, but they need more padding in the vaginal area. They don't hold up when you first wake up and go to the toilet. Liquid will pour out down your legs-- a big wet mess. Leg cuts are too high up.
