I’ve never had any leakage but they do get filled. I’ve tried other brands but these are more comfortable, the others sometimes fit too high waisted or bulky and show in my clothes, but these have felt more seamless even with good absorbency. They make me feel a lot more carefree in a pinch.

Now the "bad": This product didn't work for me: 1. Even though I got the smallest size, and the fit seemed tight, I still had leakage around the leg openings; and 2. This product seems designed for those with stress incontinence, where slight leakage occurs with a laugh or a sneeze. I have urge incontinence, so I have little warning and, if I don't make it to a bathroom in time, I empty into the garment. This product couldn't handle that load.

They absorb very well and hold a large amount of liquid. You kind of forget they are in besides the bunched material but it doesn’t scratch the skin or feel irritating.
