They help her to at least get to the bathroom. No one can even tell she’s wearing them or even has this problem. They have no smell but cover up a smell you think would be there. It has a dry shield in case you have an accident, you will stay dry. They come in all different sizes. Small, medium, large, extra large and larger sizes. It’s a great product. It actually feels like you’re wearing underwear and they don’t leak.

I like how they're easy to put on, they do tend to stick a bit when you take them off but it could be its so humid in the south so thats understandable.
