In my opinion of drinking many years of sour mash whiskeys, bourbons and Irish whiskey, I'm 77, Jameson is up there in the top two of whiskeys. I'm a huge fan of Gentlemen Jack and I'll put Jameson right up there with it. However for me, the newest to me, Jameson IPA Edition is the smoothest whiskey I have ever had. For great whiskey, whisky, and bourbon, I don't like to do shots or mix it with anything. At the expense of great liquor, which I buy, why the mix or shots? That's a complete waste of great expensive whiskey/whisky. This IPA Edition is a sipping whiskey, no water, no ice...just sip. Please do not discontinue this great edition of your whiskey.

Have been drinking Jameson whiskey since 2007. Sure I have tried a lot of other brands but I always have a Big bottle of Jameson in my liquor cabinet. My wife and I enjoy a glass in the evening. Also when in Ireland on vacation we enjoy the fresh stuff much more.

Jameson Irish Whiskey is a great whiskey that won’t break the bank. This is definitely a good whiskey to go to if you short on change. The flavor is very good. Is has a sweet and spicy wood note along with a vanilla flavor. It’s something as out the sweet vanilla flavor along with spicy wood oak flavor that pops.

I bought a bottle to bring to a friends house where he was having a football party and we used the Jameson for shots with every score. It was smooth and tasty and having everyone want more shots. The score ended up 48-25 and the No#1 Winner was the Jameson.......Hurray?

My whole life I detested whiskey based upon my experience with other brands; however, when I tried Jameson for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the shot went down and have been a fan ever since. As a rule, I don't drink Whiskey, but Jameson on the other hand, is another story which is reconfirmed regularly...

This product is a really party starter. whether you are going to have a funeral, a wedding, baby shower, etc. You can pair it with juice or drink it solo. I usually bartend for my personal parties and I usually use this in the signature drink for the night.

Our family was treated to a wonderful tour and tastings at the Jameson Distillery in Dublin, Ireland. This is where we discovered the beautiful addition of lime to our all time favorite cocktail, Jameson & Ginger! We didn’t think it could get better but it did!

No doubt many will disagree with me but I just don’t seem to get on with this whiskey as a neat drink or in a cocktail, I find it too creamy and heavy. It isn’t the smoky heaviness you get with a lot of scotches it’s more sickly. I understand it’s to do with the distilling method and for an Irish whiskey it’s smooth enough. I just don’t get any real flavour from it. That said, I’d put it in an Irish coffee any day.

Jameson is a classic Irish whiskey and a popular choice among the party crowd. It does go down fairly smooth if you have a tolerance for whiskey. It also mixes well in cocktails. Try it with cola or ginger ale if you are looking for a starter cocktail that is easy to drink. Overall a smooth and generally affordable whiskey.

This is one of my favorite Irish whiskeys our there! I love adding it to coffee, particularly. It makes a delicious and boozy beverage! The price is pretty spot on for the quality. Although, I don’t really have any complaints about the quality itself.
