The new handles are cheaply made and the razor quality overall dropped by half compared to before. I have used these for over 20 years and the past several years the price went up and the quality keeps going down. Before they were worth the high price but not now.

These used to be the go-to razer for my whole family (household of 7) for years. The redesign is horrible. It is feels so flimsy and cheap. Old design had a solid feel and the shave felt smooth and luxurious. Now, the new designs feels dangerous to shave with and causes knicks.

Not good quality

I was very happy with these razors for quite a few years. In 2025 it seems the design has changed. The razors are now flimsy and feel used out of the box. I suggest not buying these razors until Schick announces a design improvement in these reviews. Will return the recent purchase of these razors to Sam's Club today.

Not the same razor anymore. Razor goes dull quickly. Razor is flimsy and cheap made. Use to love old razor before design change. Will be looking for new razor from different companies for replacement. Who ever made this change had the same brainstorm that Coca-Cola had with changing the recipe into the New Coke.

Cheap

These are not the same Razors as before. These are cheap and flimsy and last half the time of the other version. Sam's Club should be ashamed to charge the same price for a terrible product. These used to be some of the best razors on the market. These are just cheap and even difficult to hold in your hand.

I have been buying these razors for the last several years and loved them. I bought a new pack this month, and they are not the same. They seem cheap and after one use they are no good anymore. I don't know what they did, but they need to go back to the old style. These razors are crap now, and I won't be buying them again if they stay this style!

I broke out in rash

I've purchased razors with the same name for years. Schick has re-tooled these into cheap, disposable feeling razors and they are NOT the same. Just a few days after using the newer version, I am getting in-grown hairs and nicks on my face, something I haven't dealt with in years. I found some of the original Xtreme3 razors at a competitor's store and bought all they had in stock.
