Poi was hard and lumpy

Bought two days ago & was shocked at its great quality. I am a local raised on poi. It’s been many years since I’ve had poi this fresh tasting, of great texture & excellent flavor. It was not watered down or have any ingredients other than taro & water. I was so pleased.
