This is the same as Prilosac which costs a lot more for a lot less. I buy 3 boxes of this at a time and get my monies worth. Plus it works exactly the same.

Omeprazole is the clinical name for Prilosec. The most you can buy OTC is 20 mg per capsule. Prescription strength is 40 mg. It works the same as the “name” brand.

Works fantistic for me to keep the reflux at bay. Packaging is a bit excessive but thats likely due to federal packaging requirements. I wish it would juat come in one sealed bottle with all the pills inside.

My family have been using them for years! My husband had a lot of stomach problems for years and was finally diagnosed with gerd. He was prescribed Prilosec. While shopping at Sam’s I compared ingredients in Prilosec and omepresole and they were exactly the same pill,but one was almost half the price as the name brand!! Well I love saving money so we started using omeprasol and never went back!!

I have had acid reflux for years and this is what was recommended by my pharmacist. I was using a high priced item and was told that omeprazole has the exact same ingredients as the high priced items. I have been taking this for over twenty years with great results.

Works just like the name brand but the packaging is awful. I need to use scissors to open a tablet each day I use it, a needless pain in the neck. Every other company that sells Omeprazole packages it in bottles. Next time I need to purchase I'll buy it in bottles from another vendor.
