[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They fit perfect and look natural while wearing them, couldn’t tell you had them in, extremely absorbent and good for when out and about or All Day Outring, Hiking, they are good for men of all ages, especially if you have bladder control issues, I recommend them for anyone who has bladder issues they are amazing and definitely a great product.

I have BPH and it causes mild dribbling. I have tried the guards and shields but am very self conscious of wearing them must be too much like a pad or something. I am using the real fit and these feel normal as can be for me. But for dribbling they don't need all the absorbency probably a third less or half would be ideal.

I have been using this product for over a year. The best way to use this product is as follows. 1. Use the smallest size you can. 2.. After putting on the product, push up the bottom into the V part of the legs. Then wear a proper fitting boxer brief on top of the Real Fit product. If you don't over due it in the liquid department, this one brief will last at least 6 hours. Great for Road Trips or for visiting other people. Love this product.

First pull ups that provided the level of protection i require. I had given up wearing pull ups when i found myself wearing 3 at a time just to feel secure. But resulted in thickness and uncomfortable. So I've been wearing tab style diapers which provided the confidence but extremely hard to change in public. Wearing these im comfortable, confident and changing is a breeze. The look is great also no longer constantly worried people can see them when i bend over. Best product ive ever worn . First time in years that fear of leaking or exposure dominated my actions and thoughts felt confident and discreet enough that i practically forgot i was wearing a diaper. ! In a way these pull ups gave my life and smile back.

Less protection and worse, you have added chaffing discomfort to my already difficult life. I loved the old “Real Fit”—they felt like wearing a comfy pair of boxer briefs. This “new” design is not worth the money, very uncomfortable and I am bummed I no longer have the comfortable old ones that felt like I was wearing the boxer briefs I have worn my whole life. Not sure why you would change what WAS a great product?!? Please bring the old design back as now I need to resort to other generics which are not the perfect product that the older Real Fit USED TO BE!

Each incontinence underwear also absorbs heat and moisture to help keep the skin dry and is designed to adapt comfortably to the body, unlike bulky diapers for adults these have leg elasticity to help prevent leaks and slips against the skin to help prevent irritation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great brand and design. I wish the depends would hold more fluids. As they still have a ton of leakage for full bladder urination. I like that they are a nice gray color so they aren't so noticeable out and about.
