The comfort level was okay, but nothing exceptional. The odor control was not effective, and it didn't keep smells contained well. Unfortunately, the diaper leaked overnight, which was even worse than the actual Goodnites diapers I usually use. I was expecting better performance, but these just didn’t meet the standard I was hoping for. They failed to provide the reliability I needed for overnight use, which was a major letdown. Overall, I would not recommend these diapers, as they didn’t live up to expectations in terms of absorption, comfort, or leak protection.

As previously stated, my wife and I both live with incontinence (hers, temporary, mine permanent since I was a teen). Well, we are both young, fit, active, and models. In addition to modeling, I am also a pilot. At twenty nine years old, I've got allot of living to do. Nothing will slow me down, not even a day at the beach, or at the pool. I love these pull ups for days when I know I don't require the protection of a brief (diaper style). Well, this year, I decided to give it a shot and wore the real fit under my swim trunks. While sitting on the beach, I require an absorbent product. They did swell once I went swimming, but nothing too bad. They do require changing once wet but while sitting on a 90° beach, the cool ocean water saturated diaper was fairly comfortable.

Also, to be absolutely effective it has to fit perfectly, but it didn't fit me perfectly and was loose in areas.

I really like the real fit best fitting one out there. The shields work most of time but sometimes I need more and do not like the guards at all to bulging in front and sometimes they leak. Never had any leakage from Real fit. They need to make a medium absorbency real fit.

When I have an accident the odor control is wonderful. They have great durability and the fit is amazing. They are so comfortable.
