Love these, I wear these for comfort mainly/ pleasure/or Convenience. really good when working out since their fitted. Very discreet, and don't sag too much when wet. the elastic band does hold tight if using the diaper for anything other than wetting. holds both messes very well, and keeps a tight grip. Although, would highly recommend the Maximum Protection, or Plastic backed for that. The plastic backed ones are definitely my favorite product though, Mainly for the reason that they are more of an actual diaper with tabs, and really gives you the freedom to use as you please, the Real Fit briefs hold well, but may leak when sitting, if used too much, does dry quick though on small leaks, and very airy and comfortable. I usually only use them at the gym, or when you want to be really discreet. the plastic backed are good for any occasion.. very get hot if working out with them though, but still comfortable. those don't leak much when sitting/moving, wether messy, or wet, they generally have good leak guards. Went hiking with depends plastic backed briefs, plastic held up very well, didn't tear, was messy through the day, but they absorbed the moisture well and didn't feel uncomfortable. very flexible...

I dont like tight and non stretchy underwear so these are perfect for me. They fit really nice and if you are just looking for a flexible and comfortable underwear, these are the ones.

Overall its a good product though not all that great for bowel incontinence, holds a fairly good amount of liquid though given the small pad, also does a fairly good job looking like underwear. A little expensive though and not that much better then the other underwear choices given the price, they had some better options at a similar price before but they were less in pack so yeah I guess thats the trade off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve tested a few different brands now, and Depend Real Fit, is one of the more comfortable ones yet. Unlike a few that I’ve tried and felt too thin. The material feels like quality making it durable and prevents irritation. Not having that plasticky feel is also a huge plus. The waistband felt snug against me and don’t feel like it would fall off. I’ve attached a photo of the inside and pad itself. It covers quite a large area and absorbs well leaving for an odorless day. If I have to nitpick, gray is not my favorite color, but for the comfort and effectiveness, worth a try for sure!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Probably my fault for not reading correctly but I initially thought these were briefs. Adult diapers seem comfortable as well as the color seems much less obvious you’d be wearing some. Quality is great. Doesn’t seem like they’re easy to rip, which I believe could hold for a while. I assume since it is an adult diaper, the odor part would probably pass through eventually like kids diapers do. I would probably look into variety of brands before making a final decision on these.

I am wearing them as I am writing this. I saw this product when I was doing I weekly diaper run and had to try to them. I usually just use the regular underwear so I was excited to see a new product. When I got home I took off my underwear and put on the new real fit. I was instantly in aww. I loved them and was very satisfied with the protection!

The slim design and fit really does make a difference, no odd wishy washy noise when you walk or crumpling sound as you sit like the other brands, these bad boys look and feel like real underwear. DEPEND® Real Fit® Underwear are discrete and provide proper protection without all the embarrassment the old school ones have.
