I will have light to moderate accidents during the day and these work really great. occasionally though I will have a heavy accident and I will leak. I've tested these out and the absorbent quality can hold up to a full bladder load but it doesn't absorb quickly that's the big downfall. so if you have light to medium daytime accidents these will work great but not for full heavy accidents or wearing at night. if you wear at night I would recommend a heavier diaper like an abenasL4 plastic back. those are really good when you have heavy accidents like I do at night. as far as discretion I wear these a lot especially to work and no one can tell that this 37-year-old man is wearing an adult pull-up. now occasionally while putting these on the fabric around the waist can rip due to you pulling them up so be gentle when putting them on but they are very durable I walk a lot for work and I wear jeans and the rubbing of them does not cause any holes or anything. all in all a really good product for light to moderate needs during the day. if you're a heavy wetter I highly recommend anything that's plastic backed. I throw discretion out the window when I'm having heavy accidents cuz I'd rather have a fluffier crotch than wet pants lol.

he only reason I gave this production 4 stars does not really have anything to do with the product. The product is packaged in such a large box, it's impossible for me to get the box in my house. I have to drag the thing from my porch to my entry way. I cannot lift the large box. Please consider using two boxes rather than one.

i have been using this product for close to a year as the best i could find to cope with my incontenence recovering from surgery. They fit and are fairly comfortable, but they are prone to tearing in putting them on if you are not careful. Also, i don't know why, but on a few occasions, the absorbent material they contain has somewhat disintegrated into balls rather than a matt, dropping out of the garment. i don't know why it sometimes happens. fortunately its an infrequent occurrence.

I am familiar with the Real Fit product as I have been ordering them for a few years through another Online retailer. But recently there was a shortage and inflated price of this product (large-xlarge size) at my usual go to site. I decided to try Walmart online for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of the ordering process even for a newbie, free and fast delivery, and reasonable price for the product. Going forward, I would certainly consider future purchases at Walmart.com.

My husband has been using this product for some time. Good to see dark blue is now available in the boxed pkgs. He liked light blue also. The picture shows the box has more than one color. However, when the order comes in bags, it is ALL grey. Would like more variety.

These fit and feel more like underwear which makes them more confortable than others, BUT they do not absorb any better than others even though they all claim "Maximum absorbancy". They may work for some occasional leakage but not for any sudden flow.

I'm very happy with the quality of service and pricing from Walmart, but very unhappy with the delivery service. Walmart uses Fed Ex,and doesn't require a signature.At two different times Fed Ex has left very large packages in front of the building. If I was not notified by neighbors ,I wouldn't have known that the package was delivered. I'm 68 years old and had to pick up these large packages myself, which defeats the purpose. I do it because I can't carry heavy things or large packages. I won't be purchasing from on line sites unless I'm assured that the delivery wll be to my door.

Love the product for effectively containing leakage. Long-term wearing of same one pair will cause sweating and body odor. Be prepared to shower or bath if wearing five hours continuously, or longer. But they certainly protect very nicely against embarrassing leakage.

I ordered these for my husband, I had bought some locally, but Walmart's price was much better. The fit was right and they absorb wonderfully. Plus they were delivered right to my door. Sadly, I will be returning them as he passed away before we could use the ones we ordered from Walmart. I would recommend them.

My Dad was using the regular briefs before trying these. My sister and I decided to try Real Fit for him that it would be more like regular briefs for him. Once trying them he didn't want to go back to the others. The cost is a little more but for his comfort it's worth it.
