My husband finds these most natural in fit. Walmart had the best price.

Definitely more comfortable than plastic Depends. No sweating or odor.

Feels and looks like real underwear but not as strong be careful when pulling up so as not to rip.

Fit real or as real as it is going to get

The cotton lining seem to fall apart easily when soiled i think?

I did not like the protective  stretchy plastic barrier that suppose to keep any overflow leaks from getting on my clothes.
Its a must when you have incontinence. However, for me I broke out multiple  times from the plastic barrier causing extreme rubbing which caused chafing, infections and discomfort. Had to visit emergecy for the lacerations between my groins and my primary Doctor also to get medicine and ointment.
I do not recommend this product if you are tall and active.

I have been using these for a while now. For me they are very good!
In fact I wear them in place of underwear. Note! Buying in bulk ,keeps  you.from worrying about running out, Less times to the store, and more cost effective!
