I thought the brand and size was enough. "Maximum" and "comfort" are important. Stronger material, and better fit.

There are cheaper adult diapers but probably not better. You get what you pay for. I have needed these for 3 1/2 years.

These are for our Big Boy who is handicapped they look more like regular underwear and make him feel better about himself. Definitely Recommend.
