Good for look, feel and putting on. It was not as absorbent as I especially if worn overnight. I would however still recommend the product for patient comfort, ease of putting it on and look.

My husband prefers these over any other!!! He said the are the Best Fit and feel most like underwear. They aren’t big and bulky, so they don’t show underneath your pants.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They are extremely comfortable, but need to be more absorbent. It seems they're not all equally absorbent as well, some seem to be more so than others, even within the same box.

This is a great product. I suffer from leakage, and the Real Fit underwear look and feel like regular underwear. I do not have to worry about leakage and a wet spot showing through my pants while wearing these.

These provide the most protection, are the tighest and slimmest fitting These are what I use when I go out so I have the worry of leaks and have the most coverage without showing.
