Purchased for my father because the depends breifs were causing an inflamation on his bottom where the pad ends. My dad is a large man and the briefs although they claim to be xl are really small, which causes them to rip when I put them on him.

I ordered the sample pack but the small size is too big for me . Need to have an extra small as well as small plus medium size as well as large and extra largesixes. 2 sizes just don't fit everyone. It is a good product though.
